That was a great performance. I think she could be big with the teen votes..she’s like Miley Cyrus but with Avril Lavigne’s edginess…even mini-Kelly Clarkson.

Kinda of odd that part with Ryan, seeing she’s been sort of a minor local celebrity in LA for a few years now. She’s quite good, but if she dosn’t lose the pre-preformance jitters she may not last long.

It’s hard not to notice a pattern with just about every female who sings Alone on AI. They flip their hair back. Coincidence? I noticed Ramiele didn’t though.

i like her voice, but i thought she was a little screamy. i was never a carrie underwood fan, but the reason her version of “alone” was impressive was that she never sounded screamy. it’s a hard song to sing with control.

Great performance. I really like this girl’s voice a lot. (note the spelling laff !! It’s one of my pet peeves as well but I’ll probably screw something else up…so forgive me!)

The show is still airing on the West Coast so I’ll not cheat and listen to all the clips on Rickey’s site and watch to see how she compares to the rest of the girls.

I really liked her performance. Since her personality is different than her voice, I didn’t know if America would vote a lot for her, but I see in dialidol that she’s #1. That’s good. I thought she was the best girl tonight.

I loved it! Heart is soooo hard to sing and I had my remote all ready to turn the volume down but she blew me away. I was not expecting that!

She had that raspy rock star partied-all-night-and-smoked-way-too-much kind of thing going on that sounded great with this song, perfect choice for her!

She remind me of Alejandra Guzman in her prime. Similar vocals, and if Allison continues down the path of rocker chick, similar styles. Guzman is an icon of Latin rock. Allison sang one of Guzman’s songs on that Telemundo competition, and its is a better example of her talent than that Total Eclipse of the Heart clip VFTW is using.
