WWE Clash of Champions 2016 Results: Who Left As Universal Champion?

WWE Clash of Champions 2016 is in the cards, and it was a night that was a bit of a mixed bag, in terms of results.

Smart money would have predicted more title changes than not, but we got the opposite, as far more champions retained their titles than lost them. Interestingly, only one title changed hands, and I can’t exactly say the result was surprising. The surprising result ended up being the finish for Cesaro vs. Sheamus, for all the wrong reasons. So who left as Universal champion in the match between Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins? How about the US title match between Rusev and Roman Reigns? -Nia Jax defeated Alicia Fox

Main Card

-The New Day (Big E and Kofi Kingston) defeated Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson to retain the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship

-T.J. Perkins defeated Brian Kendrick to retain the WWE Cruiserweight Championship

-Cesaro vs. Sheamus ended in a no contest when both men were ruled unable to continue due to injury.

-Chris Jericho defeated Sami Zayn with the Codebreaker.

-Charlotte defeated Sasha Banks and Bayley to retain the WWE Women’s Championship after hitting a big boot on Bayley.

-Roman Reigns defeated Rusev with the Spear to win the WWE United States Championship

-Kevin Owens defeated Seth Rollins with the powerbomb to retain the WWE Universal Championship
