Gotham (“Mad City: The Gentle Art of Making Enemies”) – With Jerome on the loose, Bruce and Alfred’s safety is compromised; Gordon’s uncle Frank pays him a visit; Nygma and Penguin are forced to confront their issues face-to-face. (FOX)
