VIDEO: Pod from ‘Game of Thrones’ Sings ‘The Rains of Castamere’ on the Iron Throne

Daniel Portman is a multi-talented man (and not related to Natalie, for the record). Not only is the 22-year-old Scot a gifted actor, playing the role of Tyrion Lannister’s lovable squire with the huge…erm, endowments. The Game of Thrones star is also a pretty damn good singer. Yes, Podrick Payne himself sits the Iron Throne in this clip, and sings the Lannister anthem, “The Rains of Castamere.” Because who are we to front on our man Pod?

The clip comes from a segment on Sky Atlantic in the UK, although I’m not really sure I need to know why this is happening in order to love it for happening in the first place. Check out the full clip below and wonder why they didn’t have Pod sing at Joffrey’s wedding (truly, it would have been the only thing to have made the events of that wedding even better):
