Triple H Sends Custom WWE Championship Belt to Kansas City Royals (PHOTO)
The Kansas City Royals beat the New York Mets to win the 2015 World Series this past Sunday night, and now they have WWE gold to show for it!
Triple H, the WWE superstar who is also the Executive Vice President of Talent, Live Events & Creative, awarded a custom made WWE World Heavyweight Championship belt to the Kansas City Royals to commemorate their World Series victory. The personalized belt features custom logos on the side plates. Naturally, it’s the Kansas City Royals logo, emblazoned in blue on the sides. The blue ovals match well with the black and gold design of the belt, creating a very regal, stately look. The irony, of course, is that the color wouldn’t even have had to be changed had the New York Mets won, considering their blue and orange logo. But I guess it just wasn’t meant to be this year.
