‘The Voice’ Mexico Star Dead From Gunshot In Chicago
Alejandro “Jano” Fuentes, a former finalist on Mexico’s version of “The Voice,” was died on Saturday in Chicago. He was 45. Police say he was gunned down outside the Tras Bambalinas School, an arts school he owned, where he was celebrating his birthday last Thursday.
Chicago police tell PEOPLE that a 45-year-old man was shot “numerous” times in a car Thursday night on S. Archer Avenue, after a male suspect approached him on foot.
The suspect ordered the victim out of the car, but the victim resisted, at which point the suspect fired, police say.
Awful. When will gun violence in America end.
