The Voice and American Idol Stars Team Up for CMA Celebrity Softball 2016

At CMA Fest, some of the biggest stars in country music will be teaming up for the 26th Annual City of Hope Celebrity Softball Game, which will benefit City of Hope cancer treatment and research center. And this year’s game just might be the most star-studded yet, featuring some of our favorite alums from The Voice and American Idol.

The game takes place next Tuesday, June 7 at Nashville’s First Tennessee Park. Not only will Trisha Yearwood be on-hand to perform the National Anthem, a special award will also be presented by Big Machine’s Scott Borchetta to legendary label executive Bruce Hinton. And, of course, there will be the game itself, which features The Voice and American Idol winners such as Cassadee Pope, Scotty McCreery, Craig Wayne Boyd, Danielle Bradbery and Nick Fradiani.

It’s going to be Team iHeart Country going up against Team Grand Ole Opry, and you can see who’s on which team below:

Team iHeart Country Captained by Nashville radio personality Bobby Bones: Jamie Lynn Spears, Bret Michaels, Mark Wills, Brett Young, David Nail, Preston Brust of LOCASH, The Voice winner Danielle Bradbery, American Idol runner-up Lauren Alaina, American Idol finalist Bucky Covington and Top 50 finalist Mickey Guyton.
