The Voice 11: Get Your First Look at the Blind Auditions! (VIDEO)

The Voice 11 is almost here, and NBC is releasing our first glimpse at all the excitement, including the first contestants of the season and our first look at the coaches back in their chairs (and, in the case of Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys, taking their seats for the first time).

In this promo video, we get a look at some of the newcomers this season, and I’m not just talking about the woman who does a full-bodied, gorgeous rendition of “Feelin’ Good”, but also Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys, who both get up onstage and perform with contestants during the Blind Auditions, it appears. Say what you will about the constant coaching rotations, but I’m actually pretty damn optimistic about this season from what little we’ve seen. Although The Voice 11 doesn’t premiere until Monday, September 19, you can check out a sneak preview of the Blind Auditions by checking out the special NBC is airing following the Olympics Closing Ceremony this Sunday at 10:30 PM ET/PT. The preview special will also feature the coaches performing their rendition of “Dream On” by Aerosmith, which kicks off Season 11! Should be a good show. Until then, whet your appetite with the first look by watching the video below:
