The Bachelor star Bob Guiney is now a married man, having tied the knot last month with fiancée Jessica Canyon in Punta Mita, Mexico. However, not much was known about the wedding itself. But Bob is now dishing the details.
In an interview with Us Weekly, Bob noted that while the honeymoon isn't until January, at the Moon Palace Jamaica Grande, the couple is still enjoying the residual high from what was an "absolutely perfect" wedding.
"The whole day was absolutely perfect," Bob noted. "It was a real family-centric day too. We had our nephew Jack as our ring bearer, my sister Dee Dee was our best woman and Jessica's brother Kyle was our man of honor. Our moms were excellent as our flower girls! And our brother-in-law JD did such a great job as our officiant. He really loves us both, so it was funny and touching. My buddy [and bandmate in Band From TV and Guiney & Grimes] Scott Grimes sang "Come to Me" right after our vows and it was just beautiful!"Source: Instagram (@JesCanyon)
For those new to the whole Bachelor franchise, Bob Guiney pretty much kicked off the trend of having the new Bachelor come from the cast of the previous season of The Bachelorette, as he competed on the inaugural season back in 2003, only to go on to become the next Bachelor later that year. Needless to say, while his search for love didn't work out on the show, Bob still got his happy ending.
