Tesla Releases Demonstration of Full Self-Driving Hardware (VIDEO)
Tesla is looking to lead the automotive industry in self-driving technology. The results have been mixed, to say the least. But it seems Tesla is getting closer to perfecting its autonomous automotive technology, judging by this video demonstration the company released.
In this video, a driver takes a ride in a Tesla outfitted with the full suite of self-driving hardware. As the video ominously states at the beginning, “The person in the driver’s seat is only there for legal reasons. He is not doing anything. The car is driving itself.” Of course, it’s one thing to hear about a self-driving car, and another thing to see a car achieve full autonomy. The car safely transports the passenger from Point A to Point B, and even manages to parallel park itself as well. The future is here, apparently. Or, at the very least, it’s closer than it’s ever been. You can watch the video below:
