What Stevie Nicks really wants to do is write music for Game of Thrones, so the only question is: “Why hasn’t this happened yet!?!”

In a recent interview, Nicks admitted that after her mother died she found solace in the HBO show.

“I didn’t leave the house for almost five months,” she explained. “And then I got pneumonia. With my pneumonia and my mother’s death, I watched the entire first season of Game of Thrones. That certainly took my mind off everything.”

“I would love to write some music for the show. I’ve written a bunch of poetry about it — one for each of the characters.”

Which is a feat in itself for an ensemble cast that large. Stevie went on to add, “I’m always looking for that kind of inspiration, and I’m very inspired by the show.”

Most recently, Nicks starred as herself in two episodes of American Horror Story, so what we’re really saying here is: Game of Thrones musical episode please!

Come on, it’ll be just like Buffy and you can blame it on a fever dream brought on by impending winter. Or warlocks. It doesn’t really matter, this just needs to be a thing.
