Paul Walker’s estate sues Roger W. Rodas’ estate for 17 cars
Paul Walker’s estate is suing the estate of Roger W. Rodas, the man driving in the accident that killed them both. The lawsuit, filed on Friday, is demanding that 17 cars (physically or cash value) be returned to Walker.
Walker’s estate filed a lawsuit against Roger W. Rodas’ estate Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleging it failed to return cars owned by Walker. The suit says Rodas was in possession of numerous vehicles owned by Walker that have not been returned to his estate.
The suit says that Walker’s estate demanded the return of the vehicles both orally and in writing, but Rodas’ estate refused the return of the vehicles. It goes on to allege that prior to the accident, Rodas sold vehicles that were partially or wholly owned by Walker, but his monetary share of the sales were not delivered to the actor’s estate.
A trial by jury was also demanded.
Paul Walker stars in the upcoming Furious 7. He died on November 39, 2013.
