Nina Simone Estate Attacks Zoe Saldana on Twitter

The Nina Simone estate is not too happy about the biopic trailer which hit the internet yesterday, featuring Zoe Saldana as the singer wearing a nose prosthetic and in darker makeup.

After the trailer for Nina was released, Saldana tweeted a quote by the late singer.

Unfortunately for her, reps for Simone brutally responded a day later, “Please take Nina’s name out your mouth. For the rest of your life.”

Yikes.

Saldana did not respond to the dig, instead choosing to promote the movie on her Instagram account with the caption “…”
