NBC Confirms Judging Panel for ‘America’s Got Talent 10’

The tenth anniversary season of America’s Got Talent premieres this summer, and NBC has revealed the judging panel in a press release.

However, anyone expecting change from last season is going to be a bit disappointed. The press release confirms that last year’s panel will be back.

Howie Mandel, Mel B and Heidi Klum will join previously announced returning judge Howard Stern, while Nick Cannon will also remain on as host for the summer’s #1 show. This marks Mandel’s sixth season on the show, Stern’s fourth, and Klum and Mel B’s third.

I really enjoyed this panel, and found America’s Got Talent Season 9 to be one of the best seasons largely based on the chemistry the judges have with one another, as well as with Nick Cannon. So I’m super optimistic about this season, particularly if the talent this year manages to surpass some of the really strong talent on hand last year, from AcroArmy to Emily West and Quintavious Johnson, right down to last year’s winner, Mat Franco. I’m already excited for what’s ahead, as AGT is seriously one of my favorite shows on TV. It’s a summer tradition at this point, and I can’t wait to start covering the live shows again.

But what do you think about the panel? Do you like this lineup or would you rather get a shakeup at the judging panel? Sound off in the comments!
