Melania Trump’s Hometown In Slovenia Celebrates Her Becoming First Lady Of The United States
Melania Trump is only the second First Lady to be born outside the United States and her hometown of Sevnica, Slovenia is celebrating this momentous occasion.
According to TMZ, the mayor of Sevnica is so “fired up” about it, the town of 5,000 is opening up their landmark Sevnica Castle for free admission. There will also be a free dinner at a local inn with a mix of Slovenian and American food.
Melania is the third wife of Donald Trump and plans to build a “glam room” in the White House for hair, makeup and wardrobe.
Slovenia used to be part of the former Yugoslavia and became the first former communist country to join Eurozone.
I am so excited for Melania to share more about her home country to the American people. Children are going to look up to her for inspiration. It’s about time Americans learn about other cultures. What a great way to start from the First Lady.
