‘League of Extraordinary Gentlemen’ Reboot In The Works

20th Century Fox is rebooting The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen based on the graphic novel by Alan Moore and Kevin O’Neill.

The studio had plans to make the 2003 movie starring Sean Connery a franchise, but it bombed with a worldwide gross of only $180 million, so that idea was shelved.

Hopefully this time, they make a better movie! According to Variety, in 2013, a TV series was developed but it wasn’t ordered to series.

Really looking forward to this. I loved the graphic novels featuring Allan Quatermain, Captain Nemo, the Invisible Man, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde fighting a common enemy. This will go down to casting and story of course. The 2003 movie was a terrible adaptation even with Connery in it.
