Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s Wedding Dance to John Legend Is Heartfelt (VIDEO)
Apparently, it’s already been an entire year since Kanye West and Kim Kardashian tied the knot. And yet, the one celebrating it all is Kris Jenner, who took to Instagram to share pics and video from the big day.
For one, there’s a heartfelt clip of Kanye and Kim’s first wedding dance, set to the tune of “All of Me” by John Legend, who plays it live at the piano for the then-newlyweds. The clip is only fifteen seconds long, but it’s an affirmation that, for all the snark and the weird headlines, these two do seem to genuinely love one another.
In her post, Kris Jenner captions the video by writing, “Happy First Anniversary @kimkardashian #KanyeWest and thank you for taking us all on your Magical Mystery Ride …. One of the best weeks of my life…and thank you @johnlegend for this amazing memory… #family #love #allofme #florenceitaly”. And that’s not the only tribute, as a photo of Kanye delivering a speech to his bride’s family is shown as well, with the caption, “Of course I can’t tell you what he said…. But it was amazing!!!!! I love you #kanyewest !!! So happy you are my son, their brother, North’s Daddy and Kim’s everything ????… #family #bestdayever #florenceitaly #weddingplanner #abouttowalkdowntheaisle #favoritepic #fortedibelvedere #kanyedesignedmydress”.

Of course I can't tell you what he said…. But it was amazing!!!!! I love you #kanyewest !!! While the captions read like a nightmare from The Island of Misfit Hashtags, there’s something genuinely affecting about how much Kris loves Kanye, and how happy she is for Kim. With any luck (and hard work because, you know, marriage), this is the first of many anniversaries to come. My mind is straining to think of how Kanye will top all this for a potential tenth anniversary. But hey, at least if he decides to perform for his tenth, he won’t get censored this time.
Anyhow, congrats on the first anniversary, Kimye.
