‘Jurassic World’ Super Bowl Spot Introduces New Dinosaur (VIDEO)

Jurassic World doesn’t hit theaters until June, but you won’t have to wait that long to see the awesome Super Bowl spot for the long-awaited Jurassic Park sequel.

This new trailer features a close look at the Indominus Rex, the film’s new, genetically-engineered super dinosaur. We also get a look at some pterosaurs and velociraptors causing havoc all across Jurassic Park, as Chris Pratt does his best to maintain order…while zipping around on a motorcycle, as if auditioning for that new Indiana Jones movie Disney wants him for. But hey, it’s not too far removed from his actions in the previous Jurassic World trailer.

The movie stars Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Jake Johnson, and Judy Greer, and comes from director Colin Trevorrow, who wrotes the screenplay alongside Derek Connolly. Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley join as producers.

Jurassic World will hit theaters in 3D on June 12th.
