Johnny Depp’s Dogs Flying Back To Safety After Death Sentence in Australia

Johnny Depp is getting his dogs out of Australia to avoid execution by the Agriculture Minister there. Yorkish Terriers Pistol and Boo are boarding a private jet back to California soon.

The dogs may be safe but Johnny Depp is still in hot water as he faces fines for not informing Australian authorities about the dogs.

From Courier Mail:

The pair will face a formal interview this afternoon with quarantine officers as part of an investigation into why the two dogs were not properly declared upon their entry to Australia.

Breaches of the Quarantine Act 1908 for illegal importation can carry penalties including fines and/or jail time.

Depp and Heard have notified the Agriculture Department they will fly out with Boo and Pistol tonight in order to save them from euthanasia.

The pooches were not declared on a flight manifest when Depp, 51, and Heard, 29, arrived in Australia last month.

It is understood a minder carried the dogs in a bag from Depp’s private jet when it landed in Brisbane on April 22.

I’m still upset about this, but I am glad that Pistol and Boo are safe from that raving Australian official.

I think it’s really crazy that he threatened two harmless dogs with execution! Australia, I would seriously reconsider that guy’s appointment.

Johnny Depp is in Australia filming Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.
