Jodie Sweetin Joins ‘Dancing With the Stars 22’

Dancing With the Stars 22 just announced its very first cast member: it’s Fuller House star Jodie Sweetin!

The announcement was made official on Good Morning America, as Sweetin will partner with pro Keo Motsepe. “FINALLY!!! I can share the fantastic news that I’ll be joining DWTS @dancingabc this season!!” Sweetin wrote in an Instagram post. “Can’t wait!!”

Thus beings the war between the Tanner sisters, as Sweetin is far from the only Full House star to make an appearance on the show. Her TV sister Candace Cameron Bure placed third on Season 18, so Sweetin has a tall order ahead of her if she wants to do better than big sister DJ. Of course, Fuller House has illustrated that Sweetin has some dance moves of her own. The show also featured cameos from Dancing With the Stars pros Maks and Val Chmerkovskiy. So who knows? Maybe Sweetin got some on-set tips from the pros themselves. Either way, we wish her the best of luck when Dancing With the Stars returns for Season 22 on March 21 on ABC. Until then, keep it locked right here for future casting announcements!
