Haley Reinhart and Postmodern Jukebox Do It Again With ‘Oops!…I Did It Again’ (VIDEO)

Haley Reinhart and Postmodern Jukebox have done it again, taking a contemporary chart-topper and rearranging it in impressive fashion. Granted, “Oops!…I Did It Again” isn’t exactly the most current song to rearrange, but then neither were Haley’s other contributions to the channel, “Lovefool” and “Creep”. But those turned out exceptionally well. And the result isn’t much different here.

Haley and PMJ offer up an enticing performance that is equal parts classy, current and sexy. This is due, in large part, to the stated mission of the cover: “The amazing Haley Reinhart is back, and this time, we’re reimagining Britney Spears’ ‘Oops!… I Did It Again,’ as if it was written for another icon — Britney’s idol Marilyn Monroe — decades ago.” So, naturally, there’s an old fashioned vibe to all of this. But it’s a vibe that I’ll never stop loving. Watch the video for “Oops!…I Did It Again” below, and delight in how well this pairing between Haley Reinhart and Postmodern Jukebox is working out:
