‘Glee’ Star Mark Salling Arraigned for Child Pornography Charges

Mark Salling, best known as Puck from Glee, was arraigned today (June 3) in connection with his child pornography case.

Salling met with two counts of receiving and possessing still images of child porn.

While receiving child pornography carries a minimum sentence of 5 years, the maximum sentence could be as many as 20 years in a federal prison.

Salling (who was arrested back in December 2015) was indicted by a grand jury on Friday (May 27).

In addition to his legal issues, the actor was also removed completely from the upcoming Gods and Secrets mini-series. As previously promised.

Explained director Adi Shankar, “He has been cut from the miniseries. I will personally be paying for the reshoots, and I hope that Mark finds inner peace.”
