Former Child Star Billy Gilman Wows Coaches On The Voice 11 (VIDEO)
Former child star Billy Gilman wowed the coached with a stunning version of “When We Were Young” by Adele on The Voice Blind Auditions on Tuesday, September 20, 2016!
Oh damn, I remember Billy Gilman! He performed “Ben” at the Michael Jackson Anniversary Special! Hard to believe that was fifteen years ago. But Billy has only grown since then, both as a vocalist and a performer, earning a well-deserved four-chair turn! Naturally, some the coaches actually do remember who he is, particularly Blake Shelton and Miley Cyrus. Billy’s single “One Voice” was on the radio around the time Blake was putting together his first album, while Miley’s father, Billy Ray Cyrus, actually hired Billy as his opening act. So there is a lot of crossover here already. And yet, the coach choice he ends up making is a pretty surprising one, all things considered. Watch the performance video and find out which coach Billy picks below:
Result: Billy Gilman chooses Team Adam Levine!
