Charlie Sheen Sued By Ex-Fiance Brett Rossi For Abuse, a Forced Abortion + HIV Secret

Charlie Sheen is being sued by his ex-fiance Brett Rossi for some very disturbing reasons.

According to documents obtained by People today (Dec. 3), the former couple are going to court over “assault and battery, emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence.”

Rossi’s lawyer said Sheen was planning to settle the matter outside of court by paying her $1 million plus five percent of the back end earned from his television show Anger Management.

He apparently backed out on the deal after revealing on national television that he has been HIV positive for the past four years.

Said her attorney in a statement, “The lawsuit filed by Ms. Ross speaks for itself. Mr. Sheen made it clear on The Today Show that he had no intention of honoring the agreement reached, and sure enough, he didn’t. Ms. Ross looks forward to her day in court, and to taking Mr. Sheen’s deposition.”

For reference: during the aforementioned interview, Sheen said he was being extorted for up to $10 million since his HIV diagnosis but would no longer give in to those demands after coming clean.

The lawsuit alleges that Sheen and Rossi had sexual relations five times before she accidentally learned of his condition when she stumbled on his prescription medication.

Said her attorney, “If Sheen had disclosed to Plaintiff that he was HIV positive when they met for the very first time, Plaintiff would never have engaged in sex with him, and the resulting relationship between the two would never have occurred.”

Sheen also apparently forced Rossi into an abortion in March 2014 because he didn’t want her to “give birth to a retarded child” with “his blood type.”

The lawsuit also calls attention to several incidents in which Sheen “violently shook, pushed, kicked, threatened to kill and brandished an unloaded gun at her.”

Rossi attempted suicide twice after their breakup, once in November 2014 when he ended their engagement via text and again in December when he sent her “insulting and demeaning text messages.”

Concluded her lawyer, “She now realizes that Sheen likely had no intention of ever marrying her or staying with her … Part of the entire ruse was to get her to fall in love with him, convince her that they would be together forever, and that, in turn, allowed Plaintiff to be manipulated into agreeing to engage in unprotected sexual intercourse with Sheen, despite knowing he was HIV-positive.”
