Caitlyn Jenner Sued By Another Driver In Fatal Car Accident
Caitlyn Jenner faces a second lawsuit stemming from her car accident back in February. Jessica Steindorff, the driver of one of two cars Caitlyn hit, is suing for $25,000.
A woman whose vehicle was hit in the fatal car accident involving Caitlyn Jenner in February, has filed a lawsuit against the Olympian formerly known as Bruce Jenner.
Naming Bruce Jenner a/k/a Caitlyn Jenner in the civil case filed in Los Angeles on Monday, Jessica Steindorff is asking for compensatory and punitive damages.
Steindorff claims in court papers obtained by PEOPLE that she suffered loss of wages and earning capacity, and hospital and medical expenses, with the amount demanded in the lawsuit exceeding $25,000.
