Bobby Brown Charged With 3 Misdemeanors In DUI Case, Faces Up To One Year In Prison
The late Bobbi Kristina Brown’s father Bobby Brown was charged with three misdemeanors on Wednesday in Los Angeles after a traffic stop on Monday for talking on his cellphone. He faces up to one year in prison if convicted.
Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office charged him with:
– driving with a suspended license
– driving under the influence
– driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08
Brown’s alcohol level was 0.12, according to NY Daily News.
Bobby Brown’s reps say he was not driving erratically but was talking on his cellphone. They claim the alcohol in his system from drinking before he woke up on Monday when he was arrested.
