‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ Trailer To Be Attached to ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’

With the announcement that the new trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens would premiere in front of Avengers: Age of Ultron on May 1 comes word that Warner Bros. is debuting an epic new trailer of their own, according to sources at Collider.

The first official trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will be attached to Mad Max: Fury Road. This will be our first look at the film in action, provided it’s a proper teaser and not just an exploding logo with a bunch of soundbites from the movie playing over it.

It makes sense that Warner Bros. would do this, since it’s the best way they have to take a bit of the shine off of Avengers: Age of Ultron, since it’s likely still going to be decimating all box office competition by the time Mad Max: Fury Road reaches theaters on May 15. That said, Mad Max: Fury Road still looks positively badass, so it should be well-worth checking out, even without a trailer for one of the most anticipated movies in recent memory. Just think of it as icing on the cake…which is topped by figurines of Batman and Superman punching each other.

Anyway, you can check out the new Mad Max: Fury Road trailer below while we all wait for footage of this Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice to arrive and finally make this comic book fever dream feel real at last.
