‘Bates Motel’ renewed by A&E for Seasons 4 & 5

A&E has renewed its hit show, Bates Motel for seasons four and five! The psychological thriller and Psycho-prequel which stars Vera Farmiga and Freddie Highmore has been a hit since its debut.

The move gives the show 20 more episodes and makes sure the show will get its five-season tale as its co-creators anticipated. But A&E’s announcement has not yet said that the show will end after season 5 exactly yet.

Rob Sharenow, executive VP of A&E said “The vision of our incredible creative team has exposed the steady breakdown of the relationship between Norman and Norma Bates. We are thrilled to bring fans two more seasons to witness the next stages of Norman’s transformation into the most notorious psychopath in cinematic history.”

I’m excited! Are you! Season 4 is set for early 2016 and Season 5 is set for early 2017.
