‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Couple Josh Murray and Amanda Stanton Reportedly Split

Josh Murray and Amanda Stanton were one of three couples to get engaged on the most recent season of Bachelor In Paradise. One of those couples, Grant Kemp and Lace Morris, have already split up. Now, Josh and Amanda’s relationship is joining that of “Grace” in the reality TV relationship graveyard.

That is, if the latest word from Bachelor spoiler guru Reality Steve is to be believed. In his latest report, Reality Steve claims that, despite what Josh or Amanda are saying publicly or putting out on Instagram and other social media feeds, they have split up for good this time. Reportedly, they’re just looking for the right time to go public with the announcement of their separation. From RS’s report:

“What you’re seeing on IG again, as I’ve said a gazillion times, is not a full picture of someone’s relationship. I heard she ended the engagement and Josh has moved out and is staying at a hotel. At this time, they’re just figuring out the next step. From the sounds of it, this isn’t something that’s a one time event that caused the breakup. It’s essentially everything you’ve been hearing from the beginning. Just a long time coming and for whatever reason finally came to a head. I even asked the sources, “I’ve heard they’ve broken up numerous times during these last 6 months and then get back together after cooler heads prevail. Could this just be another one of those times?” The response? “Doesn’t look like it. They’re broken up.”

This more or less goes hand-in-hand with the reports that this relationship was pretty rocky from the start.

With that said, Josh is disputing the claims in an interview with People, declaring that while he and Amanda have “been through the gauntlet for sure,” he doesn’t regret moving across the country to be with her and her two daughters.

“It’s been a great decision. I love her little ones more than anything, so we’re having a lot of fun out here and we’re excited,” Josh stated. He would go on to add, “Amanda is an amazing woman. She is the best woman I’ve ever met in my entire life… She’s beautiful not only on the outside, but it radiates on the inside, and that’s what I love the most about her. She has a calming factor that helps out in tough situations that we had to take on during this entire journey.”

So I guess there’s nothing particularly clear about this situation, although I’d tend to believe Reality Steve on something like this, if only because his sources, while not always correct, have been pretty reliable in the past. But I can’t help but root for the couple anyway, if only because breakups are kind of a downer. But hey, if it doesn’t work, it doesn’t work.
