‘American Idol’ Winner Scotty McCreery To Release Autobiography At Age 22
“American Idol” winner Scotty McCreery is now an author. The 22-year old’s autobiography will be released in May next year.
The title is “Go Big or Go Home: The Journey Toward the Dream.”
“God gave me a voice and America gave me a chance,” he said in a release via Billboard. “This book is about those two things, and about the amazing journey that began the moment I decided to say two words about this show I knew and love. ‘Why not?'”
Scotty won Season 10 of Idol and has released three albums. His fourth album is scheduled to come out next year.
Scotty joins a long list of American Idol alums like David Archuleta and Sanjaya Malakar who have released memoirs and autobiographies at a young age much to the delight of their fans.
