‘American Idol’ Star Leah LaBelle Dead At 31 In Car Crash
“American Idol” star Leah LaBelle and her husband former NBA player Rasual Butler died in a car crash early Wednesday morning in Studio City, CA.
According to TMZ:
38-year-old Butler — who was drafted by the Miami Heat in 2002 — lost control of his Range Rover around 2 AM, struck a parking meter and slammed into a wall. The car flipped.
What a tragedy! I cannot believe it.
Leah LaBelle was on Season 2 of “American Idol” — and though she was eliminated early, she had enough star power to get signed by Epic Records.
