2016 Costume Designers Guild Nominees Are GORGEOUS: ‘Cinderella’, ‘Hunger Games’, More

The nominees are in for the 2016 Costume Designers Guild, and hot damn, the nominations for this year are outrageously gorgeous. Seriously, this is basically the summit of all beauty.

Of the movies nominated for 2016, there’s The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2, Disney’s Cinderella, and Oscar contenders such as Brooklyn, The Danish Girl, Trumbo, and box office champ Star Wars: The Force Awakens! Basically, it’s a clutter of talent, as these guilds more or less predict what’s coming when Oscar nominations are announced. Granted, that isn’t until next Thursday, so there’s still a lot of speculation to be done, primarily since there are three separate categories from which to choose: Contemporary, Period, and Sci-Fi/Fantasy. Still, regardless of who the final five are for the Oscars next week, this is a terrific lineup of nominations. Check out the full list of nominees below:
