WWE Star John Cena Talks About Drug Dealer Movie Role on ‘Today’ (VIDEO)

John Cena is developing his career outside of WWE. In addition to starring alongside Amy Schumer this past summer in Trainwreck, Cena has a role as a drug dealing brute in the upcoming Tina Fey/Amy Poehler comedy, Sisters.

This morning, Cena appeared on Today to discuss his role in the movie, and to play a game of “Cena or Tina?” with co-hosts Willie Geist and Tamron Hall. It’s a fun segment, and all the more so for how it shows Cena in a different light than his goody-good WWE role. In Sisters, Cena plays a drug dealer named Pazuzu, a guy who loves to party as much as he loves to make money. It’s amusing to see Cena expanding his horizons in the entertainment industry, even if WWE has been admittedly bland without him. You can watch the video of his Today segment below:
