will.i.am‘s new single “Scream & Shout,” which features none other than Britney Spears, debuted this morning. The duo previously collaborated on “Big Fat Bass” from her Femme Fatale.
Spears delivers the hook in a British accent. Britney’s parts, which are few in number are the song’s saving grace.
