The Voice 2016 Results: Who Was Eliminated From Top 12? (VIDEO)

The Voice 2016 finalists performed live last night. Tonight, we find out which artists will be at risk for elimination when the vote results are revealed.

It was a sluggish start for singles sales for Season 11 on iTunes, but judging by the sales so far, it looks like the bottom three will be Darby Walker, Courtney Harrell, and Aaron Gibson, who ranked No. 93, No. 107 and No. 158, respectively. However, iTunes isn’t the be all, end all of voting, as fans are able to vote through traditional means as well. And for all we know, that’s where a lot of Darby, Courtney and Aaron’s votes are. I guess we’ll find out tonight. But for now, I’ll be posting the results as they come in, along with videos as soon as they become available. Until then, keep refreshing!

Sa’Rayah is eliminated from The Voice 2016!

Honestly, I was expecting Aaron to go after that sing-off. I had been 100% in his corner until then, but I just thought his sing-off was an absolute mess. With that said, I think he has plenty of potential to grow. I doubt he makes it past Top 10, but you never know. He could be instantly saved until the big Top 9 bloodbath. Either way, I don’t mind that he’s sticking around, because I feel like he has a lot more to show in this competition. And let me just add how much I loved Miley’s speech about wanting to see her artists succeed, and that she doesn’t want to have success in this competition at the expense of her artists. It was one of the more impassioned speeches I’ve heard a coach give on this show, and it illustrates just how much Miley cares. I’m really digging her as a coach, and a lot of it has to do with her commitment, and her being one of the only coaches actually giving interesting song choices so far this season. I doubt Team Miley is going to win this thing, but I’m enjoying her stint so far.

But what do you think of these results? Sound off in the comments!
