Wow. Wow. Wow. What an incredible ending to the season. I can’t wait for Season 3 now. I love this show so much!

Stiles is missing after the lacrosse match, and Scott and Isaac look for him trying to “catch Stiles’ scent.” It turns out the Stiles was kidnapped by Gerard and sent to the basement where the Argents have Erica and Boyd captured. Gerard beats Stiles up (but later frees him).

Derek and Peter catch up with Scott and Isaac in the locker room, and Peter let’s them know that Gerard is up to no good for commanding Jackson to “kill himself” last episode.

Jackson is in “dead” in the morgue and Scott’s mom discovers some resin around him. Scott and Isaac go to the morgue while Derek and Peter research on what is happening to Jackson. Apparently, he is turning into a “super Kanima” — with wings!

Stiles is back in his house and has a tearful reunion with his father. Lydia comes to visit. Stiles tries to woo her again, but it looks like Lydia is still fixated over Jackson. She tells him that she is the one who can save Jackson.

Chris Argent has a change of heart about Gerard. Allison has changed because of him and is compelled to do something about it. He lets Erica and Boyd go. When Scott and Isaac drag Jackson out of the morgue to bring to Derek, Chris catches up with them and offers his help.

Scott delivers Jackson to Derek. Derek opens the body bag with intentions to kill Jackson. Then, Gerard arrives! He lets them know that this was the plan all along: to get them all together. Derek attempts to kill Jackson once and for all, but Jackson wakes up and attacks him. As the Kanima, Jackson attacks everyone: Scott, Isaac, Chris Argent and Derek. Allison arrives and takes out Isaac. Before she could kill him, she is held hostage by the Kanima.

This was Gerard’s master plan: force Scott to do his bidding out of love for Allison. Gerard wants to become a werewolf/kanima to cure his cancer… and apparently, even at the cost of the lives of his son (Chris) and granddaughter. Scott takes Derek by the neck and forces him to bite Gerard.

However, something unexpected happens: Gerard starts bleeding black blood. Apparently, Scott had switched Gerard’s medication with “mountain ash pills” that the Vet had given him. So the effect was: Gerard’s body was counteracting the bite.

Derek asks why Scott did not tell him about the plan. Scott says, “You are not my alpha.”

Gerard commands the Kanima to kill everyone. But Stiles and Lydia storm in with the jeep and stop it. Lydia brings out the key that Jackson gave her when they first had sex. The Kanima turns back into Jackson! That love thing that Peter talked about is working! However, before Jackson completely turns back to normal, Derek and Peter attack and kill him. Jackson is dead on the floor for a while, but then — he rises up — and he is now a werewolf! He’s been cured! Jackson gives Lydia a hug — while a heartbroken Stiles looks on.

While all this is happening, Gerard somehow escapes.

Epilogues:

Scott and Allison break up.

Erica and Boyd are running in the woods — and are stopped by unknown werewolves.

Derek, Isaac and Peter arrive at Derek’s house. Peter tells Isaac why Derek was in a rush to form his new pack. It turns out that a new pack is already in town to fight them — a pack of alpha werewolves! They scrawled their symbol on Derek’s door.

Scott and Stiles practice lacrosse and they discover that they are back to square one: Stiles is still chasing after Lydia (who might be back with Jackson) and Scott is single again.

I love this show so much. I can’t wait for Season 3!
