Tamera Foster – The X Factor UK 2013 – Wishing On A Star – Full Video
Tamera Foster sang “Wishing On A Star” on The X Factor UK 2013 Live Show 4 for Disco Week.
Tamera and her mentor Nicole Scherzinger had the same hair tonight.
This was boring — however, it looked like she wasn’t copying anyone which should be a plus right? Will the voters respond?
Tamera Foster judges critique:
Sharon Osbourne: That was a lovely performance. Your voice was velvet.
Gary Barlow: It was elegant. Your vocal was so beautiful.
Nicole Scherzinger: This week less was more. It was like melted butter all over the velvet.
Louis Walsh: Everytime I see you I think “star”.

Got Something to Add?
this is gorgeous,,, she made me forget she was a contestant,, it feels like this is her very own single....
Not that the X-Factor can't help to jump-start a career, but I think out of all the contestants, she has the the most potential to become a star of the future. I would actually like to see her get eliminated -- go off and find someone in the US that will work with her and develop her -- and then see her break-out HUGE, without the commercial sappiness that seems to follow too many X-Factor contestants. She is still incredibly young, very talented, and gorgeous and her potential is limitless. But she will be held back by X-Factor so at some point, it won't be doing her any favors.
ballads :( playing safe. disco was about uptempo high energy feel good sounds.. now is this time to shift gear.
@Samson58 No big 'moment', no screaming, over-the-top vocal or stage antics......just pure, lovely, honey voice :)
@Klope62 I could watch her and listen to her all night! She's mesmerizing........
@krbcan she should win. She deserves it, and I'm sure she'll do fine as a winner. I also think it'd be easier to break into the urban-pop market from outside the US that inside.
I'm thinking she could be marketed as yet another great Diva from the UK all about the vocals. Think Leona, Adele, Amy, Duffy, Emilie Sande.
If she was developed from within the US they would probably feel compelled to highlight her sex appeal and I fear that they'd market her from the sexy/look at my body approach.
I definitely think she should be developed in the UK
@elementalman Yes, Tamera and Rough Copy....don't care about the 3rd one :)
