Ratings: The Sing-Off drops 22%

The Sing-Off fell 22% from last week to a 1.4 rating, which makes me pause for a few minutes to contemplate on what this means for The Voice when it moves to Monday next February. Hopefully not much. But there is no denying that comedy is back in a big way for CBS and ABC — and the reality shows are suffering.

Dancing with the Stars was steady at 3.1. Two and a Half Men won the night with a 5.8.

Does The Sing-Off really suck? Isn’t it supposed to be the best vocal reality show on television? The palate-cleanser?
