Joe Perry and Steven Tyler of Aerosmith and Mick Jones and Lou Gramm of Foreigner will join the hall of fame this year along with the writers of iconic rock hits “Love Is a Battlefield” and “Heartache Tonight.” The ceremony will be held June 13 in New York.
Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler plans to attend a legislative hearing in Hawaii on Friday on a bill that bears his name and would limit people’s freedom to take photos and video of celebrities.

Don’t mess with Nicki Minaj nor her fellow judges on American Idol ! Earlier today, an MTV article came out with Steven Tyler slamming the new American Idol judges saying they didn’t have camaraderie and Minaj would have sent Bob Dylan to the “cornfields.” OOPS.
Minaj blasted back like no one else could, just recently on Twitter.

Steven Tyler told Rolling Stone magazine that American Idol wasn’t all fun. He said that the show wanted him “to take the p**s out of (mock) the kids” and he didn’t have it in him to do it.
Did he actually think it was going to be easy? But how hard is it to just sit on a chair for two hours listening to karaoke and giving your critique?

I really hope not! Randy Jackson leaving the show will be the biggest blow from these judge’s announcements so far. Randy has been the anchor of the show since Day 1 along with Ryan Seacrest and him leaving either on his own or getting fired will be a terrible mistake. The show needs him now more than ever.
