American Idol winner Phillip Phillips performed his smash hit single “Home” on ABC’s The View.
I didn’t like Phillip as the winner and thought he’d end up like most WGWG’s on Idol, but “Home” really hit ‘home’ (probably due to its ties with this year’s Olympics), and it is a reason why he is getting this success now.

Phillip Phillips and PS22 Chorus will have a Benefit for the Victims of Hurricane Sandy on November 15, 2012 at 6 PM EST.
They will perform a few songs at PS22 in Staten Island, NY and the show will air on StageIt. All proceeds will go to The Siller Foundation and The Red Cross.
