Showtime President David Nevins sat down with the press at TCA 2013 this morning, and things seem like they’re running like clockwork over at the premium network.
It’s all about Homeland Season 3 for Showtime!
After an epic season of ups and downs, we come to the finale of Season 2 of Homeland. It was a crazy episode that left me wondering SO MANY questions. Just when we thought this chapter had closed, it is literally BLOWN wide open again! Here’s to Season 3, which promises to be the best yet! It was another CRAZY episode of Homeland this week. Carrie is taken hostage by Abu Nazir and Brody is the ONLY one who can save her.

This week’s episode begins with Carrie Mathison (Claire Danes) and her team of CIA members discussing how Nicholas Brody (Damian Lewis) has been missing for 12 hours and the possibility that he may be dead. Brody has been taken by Abu Nazir’s men. We see Brody visibly nervous, breathing heavily as he is left in the middle of nowhere to find his way home. Brody makes it to a phone to tell Carrie to protect his family. He calls back later, once Mike is sent to get Brody’s family and take them to a safe place to make sure they are fine.

This week’s episode opens with Dana getting off a bus and knocking on the door of Mike’s apartment. She seeks refuge there after her father tells her she cannot confess to the authorities about the hit and run that happened a few days earlier in Finn Walden’s car.
This past weekend, Anne Hathoway and her SNL friends performed a hilarious spoof of our favorite show on SHOWTIME, ?Homeland?. Check it out after the jump!
