We’ve been given a lot of great TV in 2012, but what about the TV shows that have maybe been overlooked altogether? I’ve compiled my list of six shows to check out from this year, before writing off 2012 completely once the ball drops in Times Square. In all but one case, these are shows that you can still get in on!

Happy Endings continues to stake its claim as one of TV’s best comedies with “Boys II Menorah”, which provides a take on a classic tale of showbiz hubris and downfall.

One of TV’s funniest comedies is back, as Happy Endings returns for its third season with “Cazsh Dummy Spillionaires.” Who is “SinBrad”? Why is Penny in a body cast? Are Dave and Alex back together? And, most troubling of all, is Max actually being helpful?

The gang is having a horrible Valentine’s day. None of their dates are going well. Alex wants to go to a party in a bad section of town in a really hot dress. Unfortunately, she gets mistake for a hooker and is arrested. She makes it her mission for the rest of the night to help all of her friends find love on the holiday.
Dave and Brad are stuck when they decide to befriend the mailman and he turns out to be a psycho. He ruins a game of basketball, a tailgating party and tries to blackmail the guys by stealing their personal info from the mail. He’s not a problem for long. His annoying behavior is no match for a polar bear that’s had enough of his crap and mauls him to death.
Jane encourages Max and Penny to create vision boards for themselves to help their dreams come true. Max makes a joke board but when it starts to come true and Penny’s doesn’t, Jane wants to prove that they actually work. She helps Penny’s vision board dreams become a reality so she believes the Universe is on her side. Jane thinks she’s doing a great job until Penny starts asking for trips to Greece.
