In a major victory for President Barack Obama and the Democrats, the Supreme Court upheld “Obamacare” 5-4.
Earlier, CNN and FOX reported that the “individual mandate” was struck down — but that was not the case.
I am stunned. I didn’t think this would pass.

President Barack Obama and Governor Mitt Romney will appear on the opening segment of the 2012 CMT Music Awards tonight. Political candidates have appeared on the show before (back in 2008).

President Barack Obama in an interview with ABC News affirmed his support for same-sex marriage in the U.S. His hand was forced unfortunately — he should have done this a long time ago — but I am glad that he has set the record straight.
It was also a well calculated political move. It’s almost like daring the GOP to make their anti-gay-marriage stance their #1 agenda for the election in November. The economy or “protecting” the heterosexual right to divorce?
