The America’s Got Talent Season 8 auditions start in Los Angeles on November 14 and 15. The initial 12-city search will be the largest open casting call in the show’s history.
NBC and Simon Cowell still have not announced who will replace Sharon Osbourne on the judging panel. How about Paula Abdul?

The NY Post reports that America’s Got Talent will have a fourth judge next season.
The show is moving to New York with the addition of Howard Stern as judge, and Simon Cowell thinks that adding a fourth judge — “a girl” — will make the show “younger” and “relevant”.
I’m all for this idea, but please don’t let it be Nicole Scherzinger (who may not be back on The X Factor). As soon as NBC finds a venue, I think I’ll try to watch the live shows every week if I can. I’m so excited.
It’s official. Howard Stern will be the new judge of America’s Got Talent replacing Piers Morgan. Stern announced it on his radio show this morning.
I’m looking forward to this. I’ve always wondered how Stern would do on these Reality TV shows after all these years of speculating that he would. Now we’ll finally find out. Will he be a train wreck? Will Howie Mandel get a heart attack?
