I don't understand what the fuss was all about. Sure she's pretty and interesting looking, but when you listen to her without looking at the video, I can't imagine paying for that performance or listening to it several times. Sometimes I can't decide whether she's off pitch deliberately or if it's a cleverly masked accident. She is very, very cute, but I ask for more on a singer before departing from my precious money.
Now Crystal – she's someone I'm ALREADY listening to over and over.

i'm gunna puke my gutts out at the vomitorium. her voices is hideous. and that SCREAM, is that her big deal? i hope she doesn't put it in all her songs or the ballads atleast. i will have to mute the tv just to keep it from being damaged.

SIOBHAN IS VERY UNIQUE ... SHE KNOWS HOW TO SET THE STAGE FOR HER PERFORMANCES. I enjoy her songs and voice ( not so much the screaming parts) but, it does make it her "signature". She did add some drama to A.I. stage somewhat like Adam Lambert did last seaon. She has a lot of personality and not boring at all.
Her singing shows a soft side too especially at the begining & end of this song. I think the top three will be her, Cristal and Mike. Cristal is a very credited talented singing artist too.

you know what iu don't understand, is why people put her down so much. i know u guys have ur own opinions but why do u have to come here and just talk smack about her. this page is for fans to talk good things bout her. and i think some people are jealous that she can hit that high of a note and u haters can't

I watched AI9 everyweek, the problem right now at THESE EARLY is WHO'S SIOBHAN GONNA GO UP AGAINST FOR THE TITLE or MAYBE It doesn't matter WHO.

Great. A female version of Adam Lambert... a screamer who is nothing but over-hyped. I am so disappointed that the judges actually think her screaming is "amazing"! If she could hit those notes without screaming, now THAT would be impressive. But she is literally screeching! ANYONE can do that.

I do not think she is a bad singer by any means... she's actually quite talented! But, she needs to just sing and stop the screaming already. I didn't really like this performance of hers. I thought it was completely overly dramatic and cheesy. When she just sings, she's lovely... I wish she would do more of that!

vocals were slightly messy. but I loved her Tim Burton-esque arangement and shes clearly got the 'it' factor. I really want to hear her studio now! someone please post it on youtube pleaseee :)

I'm with everyone who thinks her last night's performance was bad and honestly I couldn't understand all the raves. I liked the arrangement but i thought she could've been more energetic to match with the song, I was quite excited in the beginning but then it felt like she was dragging the song down.

And then there were some moments during the performance where she was just downright scary (but not in a good way) it was uncomfortable for me to watch. I agree it was a haunting teathrical rendition but it was too over the top and all over the place. It could've been good....I prefer her "Wicked Game" rendition.

On a side note, I've always had a problem with American Idol where I feel sometimes they have this misguided notion that the higher note you hit and the bigger you open your mouth a la an opera singer, the better.

dont hate on her because you cant sing she's one of the top contenders and will probably come close to winning maybe even win but it's way to early to tell it's anyone's game and good luck to all except paige beacuse Lilly shuold be here over her

another horrific rendition. this girl is boring. okay she can scream like AL, but U CANT ALWAYS SCREAM IN EVERY SONG. I hope if she ever has a child, she doesn't abuse it by SCREAMING in a lullabye song.

I really liked her interpretation of Paint it black. Honestly I couldn't see any of the other 11 contestants singing this song and doing well as Siobahn did.

I've burned me all 4 mp3's of hers so far, WHAT A KILLER CD it will make!

I love her...you gotta admit...this performance woke you up...love it or hate it...I know it did for me! (... and I was high on two red bulls!)

There is so much emotiong in this performance, the arrangement was beatiful and the ending SO powerful!

She would make the best kind of album there is, one that has haunting songs, sad songs, dark songs, up tempo songs ...it depends on what she is feeling like when she writes the song, what she has demonstrated is that she can do any emotion, rock, bad girl, classical... she can do anysong and will sound great, and I listen to the last note and sounds better each time I hear it (not because i go deaf each progressively, i lower the volume) , but becaus if she just screamed on stage with no music and it would sound like a beautiful young woman calling in fear and needing help, its awasome how she could do that

Well, I think it's safe to say that Siobhan is the "It" Girl for the moment and if she continues performing like she did last night she could win the whole enchilada. She's got youth, beauty and talent. Just found out it was her birthday on March 15th which makes her a Pisces. These are the dreamers of the Zodiac. Mysterious and fascinating. Pisces vibrate to a frequency all their own. Elusive and sometimes strange, but in an alluring way.........................

I have to say that no matter what I am biased. No matter what I am probably going to like what she does. I mean if she does really bad then I am going to agree with people who don't think it sounds right. Siobhan is an amazing girl and I know from personal experience. I am sure no one will believe me but I don't care. I loved what she did with the song but the end was a little sketchy but I still loved it!

That high note was painful, imo...she was breaking up and hope she doesn't over-use it. That last 'sweet' note was gorgeous though. My fav performance of the night; she's fun to watch. Full of visual and auditory contrasts.

I get chills watching her perform - she is awesome and seemingly getter better? Last night was the "break out" moment I was looking for from her. We can now see what kind of entertainer she can be.

Bowersox is rock solid too but predictably melodic. I'd like to see her try something different, get out and use the stage.

She's MY Idol (well, her and Bowersox) but people need to back away from that note. The front end of it was great but it got really rough by the end. Like screeching witch bad (specially when you listen to it without the video). And as someone who's lived through the 80's, lemme tell ya, this 80's fashion does nothing for me. The Doc Martens were great, but the hair and the dress together were too reminiscent of my sister's junior prom look. But Siobhan always make interesting choices, and she has great stage presence--one of the few tonight who didn't get too eaten up by the big stage, and that's why I know she's going to make it to the top three, at least. Overall, this week was great, just like last week. Can't wait to see what she does next!
