Sheriff: Caitlyn Jenner Violated Vehicular Manslaughter Law – Report
The L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. has finished its investigation into the fatal crash involving Caitlyn Jenner early this year.
TMZ reports that Sheriff’s Dept. will submit its 161-page report to the L.A. County District Attorney for review next Wednesday.
The report concluded that Jenner violated Penal Code section 192(c)(2): the misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter law. If convicted this carries a sentence of up to one year in county jail.
An MTA video of the accident revealed that Jenner “plowed into two” cars showing her at fault.
