Shaquille O’Neal Challenges Big Show After WWE Wrestlemania 32 (VIDEO)

Rumors have been swirling for years that WWE has been trying to get a match between Big Show and Shaquille O’Neal for years, dating back to their confrontation on Monday Night Raw back in the summer of 2009. But now, it looks like they’re now closer to that match than ever before, as Shaq challenged The Big Show to a match after Wrestlemania 32!

Shaq was a surprise entrant in last night’s Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, but his rivalry with The Big Show cost both men, as they squared off against each other in the middle of the ring while ignoring the other competitors…who quickly ganged up to eliminate the two giants from the match. In the interview with Renee Young, who called Shaq her “dream interview” ever since she started her broadcast career, Shaq was clearly unhappy with how the battle royal panned out. And he made sure to let Big Show know it, issuing a challenge for “whenever, wherever” to the World’s Largest Athlete. It was kind of surreal to see Shaq in a match at Wrestlemania, and it’s just as surreal to see him laying out challenges and potentially pursuing a one-on-one match somewhere down the line.
