Scotty definitely lost momentum tonight compared to some of the others... he needs to start mixing it up -- it's starting to seem like the same thing over and over.

I thought this was songs from the 21st century. Remakes SHOULD NOT count. Swingin' was co-written & recording by John Anderson in like 1983 or so.....NO votes for Scotty from me tonight, and -10 for cheating.

Of all the songs to pick, this one? It was a hit in the 80's not recently. There were SO many other good songs to pick. I think his vocals were fine, but the song stinks.

I dont think it was dreadful, nor do i think Scotty is getting cocky. You want cocky look at James. I actually liked Scotty's performance, but it was definitely a horrible song choice!!
