David “Puck” Rainey, from 1994’s season of The Real World, has taken a plea deal in a domestic violence case which will keep him out of jail.

The reality show staple was facing a year in prison after he was accused of hurting his girlfriend, scratching and bruising her during a fight and slamming the phone down when she attempted to call 911.

However, since he took a plea deal, pleading guilty to two misdemeanors — domestic violence and “dissuading a witness” — he was only sentenced to 3-years probation and 1-year in a domestic violence program.

This isn’t the only time that Puck has been in trouble for domestic violence, he was also nabbed for felony domestic violence in 2011 and served time in prison a year later for stalking a woman.

Class act that one.
