Police: Justin Bieber may have been raped by woman claiming paternity

The police are investigating the woman who alleges that Justin Bieber is the father of her baby. Justin was 16 at the time, and if they did have sex, the woman could be charged with having sex with a minor.

A woman who claims Justin Bieber fathered her baby in a backstage bathroom could be investigated for having sex with a minor because the singer was 16 at the time.
While no crime has been reported, Los Angeles police Cmdr. Andrew Smith told The Associated Press on Thursday that the department could investigate after Mariah Yeater filed the paternity suit against the teen heartthrob in San Diego Superior Court.
“If it’s brought to our attention, of course we’ll look into it,” Smith said.
Yeater had just turned 19 when she says she and Bieber, then 16, had a brief sexual encounter after one of the singer’s concerts at Staples Center. She said she gave birth to a boy in July and believes Bieber is the father because there were no other possible men she had sex with at that time.
She is asking a judge for child support and a paternity test. A hearing is scheduled for Dec. 15.

Justin Bieber and Selena may have done the dirty already because this is America. People here have no more respect for themselves. It is normal for them to have sex with anyone or boyfriends/girlfriends. And they brag about it too.. no shame at all..(not talking particularly about Justin and Selena but about most if not all of your teens there). When you American teens were just kids your dream is to grow up (like 13 yrs. old) so you can have sex already. Because if you don't you will be left behind. What a DIRTY COUNTRY I tell you!

Well if my calculations are right, then poor Selena make have some trouble coming her way too....she 19 and hes only 17???!! Although I guess they can always deny they have ever done the dirty. But I think we all know they probably have...
Many states have exceptions for consensual relations, if the participants are within a narrow age difference, 2-3 years. So Selena is probably in the clear.
Here is the point, people...when you are a boy of 16. your penis doesn't know that it's not old enough to know that poking something in the bathroom may cause irreversible damage...lol. Boys have penises that think for them and take total control of the brain.
